Description: Rabbit anti-tat HIV-1 pAb conjugated to Colloidal Gold (25nm mean particle size).
Coupling Ratio: OD 520nm = 15; protein content approximately 50µg.
Specificity: Gold conjugated anti-tat binds to native and recombinant tat (HIV-1, IIIB) in dot blot assays.
Biological Activity: Not determined.
Application and Instructions for use:
Recommended dilutions for use are approximate values. A dose dependent response assay should be performed to determine the optimal concentration for use in specific applications. Gold conjugated anti-gp120 may be used in 1 : 100 dilution range depending on the concentration and speicificity of the test ligand (gp120). Immunohistochemstry may be performed in 1 : 50 dilution range.
