DESCRIPTION: High affinity murine anti-methamphetamine monoclonal antibody purified by Protein-A/G affinity chromatography.  mAb purity was determined by SDS-PAGE, reduced.

SPECIFICITY: Binds to methamphetamine and methamphetamine-conjugates in Elisa, Western Elisa.  Highly specific and sensitive for drug testing in one-step lateral flow diagnostic formats. Neutralizing activity determined by  methamphetamine displacement Elisa assays (100% displacement of 10ng mAb with 1ng of methamphetamine).
