SPECIFICITY: Gold conjugated anti-p24 binds to native and recombinant p24 (HIV-1, IIIB) in dot blot assays.

BIOLOGICAL ACTIVITY: Not determined .

APPLICATIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Recommended dilutions for use are approximate values.  A dose dependent response assay should be performed to determine the optimal concentration for use in specific applications.

Gold conjugated anti-p24 may be used in 1 : 100 dilution range depending on the concentration and speicificity of the test ligand (p24).  Immunohistochemstry may be performed in 1 : 50 dilution range.
