Description: Biotin conjugated Murine anti-gp120 (HIV-1) cross-reactive mAb.

Purification: Highly purified mAb IgG (>95% pure) was used for Biotin conjugation and the conjugate purified by gel exclusion chromatography.

Specificity: This biotin conjugated mAb binds to native and recombinant HIV-1 gp120 in Dot Blot assays, ELISA and Western ELISA.

Application and Instructions for use: 

Recommended dilutions for use are approximate values. A dose dependent response assay should be performed to determine the optimal concentration for use in specific applications. ELISA may be performed in 1 : 5000 dilution range depending on the concentration of the test ligand and specificity and sensitivity of the secondary reagents. Western ELISA may be performed in 1-10pg gp120 range with 0.1-0.5µg/ml conjugate.
