Recommended dilutions for use are approximate values. A dose dependent response assay should be performed to determine the optimal concentration for use in specific applications.

1. ELISA and Western ELISA may be performed at dilutions of 1 : 500 depending on the concentration of GP120 in the test system. gp120/GP120 capture ELISA may be performed in 1 : 500 dilution range depending on the capture ligand gp120 concentration and GP120 concentration in the test sample.
